At about album number 150 in 1949, Capitol began reissuing the 78-rpm albums on 10" LPs, and
occasionally 12" LPs. Few of their releases from this point were still 78-only. This page covers the early
days of the 10" vinyl LP. The 10" LPs used the "H-" prefix for most, but pricier albums like original cast
records were designated with the prefix "L-". Some were issued with the "H-" prefix, then reissued with
the "L-" prefix, or vice versa. These are indicated in the discography below with the prefix "H/L-".
