Dixieland Jubilee Album Discography
By Dave Edwards, Mike Callahan, and Patrice Eyries
Last update: May 12, 2007

The Dixieland Jubilee Record Label was a subsidiary of the GNP label. It was owned by Gene Norman and Frank Bull. Technically, it started in 1956, but the first album was actually issued in 1955 on the Gene Norman Presents label. The President of the label was Gene Norman and the output was Dixieland jazz.

The Dixieland Jubilee was an off-white with black print. The Dixieland Jubilee logo was at the top left. Many of these Dixieland Jubilee albums were reissued in the late 1960s and later with a GNP- Crescendo label inside a Dixieland Jubilee jacket. Later issues in the series, specifically the albums by Jack Daniel's Original Silver Cornet Band (524-527) were issued on the GNP-Crescendo label outright.
