Sunshine Sound was a TK subsidiary dedicated to Harry Wayne Casey (KC) and Richard Finch (of KC & the Sunshine Band fame) productions. The distribution deal switched to Columbia in 1982 for only one album.

The Sunshine Sound album label (far left) is brown with black lettering and "sunshine sound" written on the left half of the label, underneath a black, red and orange Sunshine Sound logo depicting a note. The following text is written in the form of an arc at the bottom of the label: "Distributed by T.K. Productions, Inc., 495 S.E. 10th Court, Hialeah, Florida 33010" or slightly different "Distributed By T.K. Productions, 495 S.E. 10th Ct. Hialeah, Florida 33010". The early 45 labels (near left) were similar.

Later, the 45 label changed to black (far left) with silver print with the logo still at the left of the center hole. The Disco 12-inch singles had an orange label which faded to almost-yellow at the center, with "Sunshine Sound Disco" at the top.
