King/Federal/DeLuxe Discography, Part 2:When King Records decided to discontinue 10-inch albums at the end of 1955, they made a clean
break, switching completely to 12-inch LPs starting in the 500 series.
The early issues in the 12" album series combined the releases of the King, Federal, and DeLuxe
labels. All of the original King albums on this page used the "King Long Playing" logo shown above.
Federal albums used a similar logo with "Federal" instead of "King." Reissues and later pressings of
most of these albums exist with different (later) logos.
