Happy Time Records was a division of the Pickwick International Corporation. It issued children's
records exclusively. In mid-1968, they were located at 8-16 43rd Avenue, Long Island City, NY, 10001.
Almost all the records were credited to the Happy Time Chorus or the Happy Time Chorus and
Orchestra.
The Happy Time label was
yellow with black print.
